Do I have to share during the event?
Not at all! While we encourage open dialogue, sharing is always optional. You’re welcome to simply listen, reflect, and soak in the conversation at your own pace. Kapwa spaces are judgment-free, and your presence is valuable whether you speak or not.
-
What should I prepare or bring to the event?
Just yourself! You may want to have a notebook and pen handy for personal reflections, but there are no special materials required. Feel free to also bring a cozy drink, light a candle, or create a comfortable space that helps you feel grounded and present.
-
What kind of topics will we be discussing?
The event will focus on themes of authenticity, self-expression, societal pressures, and personal growth. You’ll have the chance to reflect on where you feel most yourself, where you may feel pressure to filter or present differently, and how we can all practice showing up more fully. Everything is guided gently, and you’re free to engage as much or as little as you’d like.
