1. General Information
My photography stands out because I combine candid and posed shots with creative use of off-camera lighting. This lets me capture real moments while making everyone look their best. I believe in natural expressions and emotions, and I create a comfortable environment for my clients. I also have a good eye for color, using it to enhance the mood of each shot. I enjoy being creative and finding new ways to compose shots. I use off-camera lighting to add depth and drama to my photos.
I believe in making every session enjoyable and personal. I want my clients to love their photos and have fun during the photo shoot. I create a relaxed atmosphere that brings out genuine connections between people. I use a mix of candid and posed shots, creative lighting, and a keen sense of color to capture moments and tell a story. My work is unique and creates a memorable experience for every client.

Approved Clients have several options: (1) pay through their online Dubsado portal using credit card or PayPal, or (2) cash.
A week after a signed Services Contract from both Client and Photographer, the non-refundable retainer is typically 50% of the total.
Typically my payment schedule is 50% a week after parties signed the Contract, then the other half some time prior to the Wedding. It will be described in the Contract.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If for any reason Client cancels the Contract prior to or on the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the initial nonrefundable payment and any monies paid on the date of cancellation.
All cancellations must be made in writing and signed by all contracted parties. I will provide the contract. If the Client fails to supply written cancellation at least (30) days prior to the event date, the Client will be required to remit the remaining balance of the Agreement.
If the Client submits a written request to reschedule services at least 30 days prior to the event date, the initial nonrefundable payment may be applied to the new date within the next calendar year.
In the event the reschedule request occurs within 2 months of the original event date, the Client will be required to remit a new initial nonrefundable payment, as set forth in the Photographer’s Standard Price List at time of request.
All reschedules are subject to Photographer’s discretion.
Once payments are made, they are non-refundable. If complete payment of the balance owed is not received at least thirty (30) days prior to the event date, Photographer will be relieved of all remaining contractual obligations, and Client will be responsible for the full amount of the Contract.

10. Photo Editing and Retouching
Photo editing and retouching are both crucial processes in enhancing the overall quality of an image, but they differ in their objectives and techniques.
Photo editing encompasses a wide range of changes made to an image, such as adjusting brightness and contrast, cropping, resizing, and applying filters or effects.
On the other hand, retouching specifically targets specific areas or aspects of an image to eliminate imperfections or enhance certain features. This process aims to create a flawless final result by removing blemishes, wrinkles, stray hairs, or any distracting elements.
I edit to bring out the vibrancy of your love story and to make it pop.
I retouch to smooth your skin as much as possible, especially if there is a sun tan.
11. Rights and Usage

14. Legal and Contractual
A Contract is a legally binding agreement between photographer and clients, outlining the terms and conditions of the photography services.
Having a contract ensures that both parties understand and agree upon the details of the services to be provided, including pricing, deliverables, timelines, cancellation policies, and any other important aspects. It protects both parties from any misunderstandings or disputes.
Generally, it’ll include language on Services, Booking & Payment, Pre-Wedding Consultation & Requests, Cancellation & Failure to Perform, Exclusive Photographers, Intellectual Property & Creative License, Safe Working Environment, Photographer’s Standard Price List, Meals and Breaks, to name a few.
A model release is a paper that allows me to use your picture and look for advertising in my business.
By signing it, you agree to let me show your photos and videos on different places like websites, social media, ads, and promotional stuff. This also means I can use your image in brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing things.
A Property Release is a document that gives permission to take pictures or videos on someone else’s property. I, the photographer, want to capture images on private land, like houses, buildings, or nature.
The purpose of getting a Property Release is to protect the photographer or filmmaker from any legal claims about using those pictures or videos.
